So where to even begin? There are hurdles, and then there are HURDLES!
We purchased Clarence through a company, which is recommended if you don’t have experience in what to look for or the time to look for it when purchasing a house for relocation. The developer that the company is dealing with said the house HAD to be removed by the end of June at the latest.
We have moved mountains to adhere to this strict time frame only to find out last week that the developer doesn’t settle on the block until the end of July. So guess what? Everything is up in the air.
There are so many “if only we knew” and “what if _____ happens?”
To be continued…but for now here is the view from our holiday unit.
